How do I place an order?
Email us at support@mrukku-bites.ca with the products and quantities you want, plus your shipping address. We'll confirm availability and send payment details the same day. Online checkout is coming soon.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free across Canada on orders over $49. Below that, shipping is calculated at cost based on your address.
Can I return a product?
Because our snacks are a perishable good, we're unable to offer returns. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us and we'll make it good.
Are your products vegetarian?
Most of our snacks are vegetarian. The Badam Drink Mix and some other products contain milk powder. Check each product page for specific ingredients.
Do your products contain allergens?
Yes — our rice chips contain wheat and peanut, and the Badam Drink Mix contains tree nuts and milk. Full ingredients are listed on every product page.
How fresh are the snacks?
We bake fresh batches throughout the week and ship orders from the freshest stock. Because we ship direct from our kitchen rather than stocking shelves, your snacks arrive fresher than anything you'd find in a store.
