Shipping & returns
How we get your order to you, and what happens if something isn't right.
Shipping
We ship across Canada. Shipping is free on orders over $49; below that it is charged at cost based on your address.
We bake fresh batches every week and ship from the freshest stock, so orders generally leave our kitchen within a few business days of payment.
Returns
Because Mrukku Bites snacks are a perishable good, we are unable to offer returns.
That said, we stand behind what we bake. If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn't what you expected, email us at support@mrukku-bites.ca and we will put it right.
Freshness guarantee
We bake snacks in small batches and ship directly from our kitchen to you. This means you get fresh snacks that were baked days ago, not months. That's our real differentiator — not sitting on store shelves waiting to be bought.
